BigTimeUp is a website monitoring service that checks your websites for availability and performance. We provide uptime monitoring, response time tracking, SSL certificate monitoring, and alert notifications.

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purposes
• Monitor websites you don't own or have permission to monitor
• Attempt to bypass any security features
• Use the service to harm, harass, or abuse others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Overload our systems or interfere with the service

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all monitoring checks will be completed exactly every 5 minutes
• That all downtime events will be detected or reported

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with or without notice.

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and store monitoring data for 30 days. You retain ownership of your data and can export or delete it at any time.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BigTimeUp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the service
• Missed downtime alerts or monitoring failures
• Loss of data or business opportunities
• Unauthorized access to your account

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
